Terms of service
How working together works.
Last updated August 28, 2026. These cover both using this website and hiring Pulse Web Design.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share links, and get in touch. Please don't copy the design, text, or client images from this site for your own use, scrape it, or submit anything false or abusive through the forms.
Quotes and pricing
Every project gets a flat, written quote before work starts. The quote is the price. If you ask for something outside what was quoted, we'll tell you what it costs before doing it.
Payment
You don't pay for a new site until you've seen the finished version and approved it. Hosting, where applicable, is a flat monthly rate billed in advance and can be cancelled any time; we'll give you your files if you leave.
Your content
You're responsible for making sure anything you give us to put on your site — text, photos, logos, license numbers — is accurate and yours to use. When the site is paid for, the finished site is yours.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions during the build are included. After launch, small changes are covered by hosting; larger changes are quoted separately.
Timelines
We aim for about two weeks from go-ahead to launch. Timelines depend on how quickly we get what we need from you, and we'll keep you posted if anything slips.
What we can't promise
We build sites that work well and look right. We can't guarantee a specific search ranking, a certain number of calls, or that third-party services (hosting providers, form services, Google) never have outages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any project is limited to what you paid us for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
