Who we are

Pulse Web Design is a web design service run from Cary, North Carolina, serving businesses across the state. Reach us at contact@pulsewebnc.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, town, and message when you request a redesign, or your name, business, email, rating, and review when you leave a review. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes them under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you become a client, to build and maintain your site. Review submissions may be published on this site with your name and business, but never your email. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not show a cookie banner because it doesn't need one. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without storing IP addresses, and without identifying individual visitors. The site briefly stores one flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation only plays once; it's cleared when you close the tab.

Third parties

• Vercel — hosts this site and provides cookieless analytics.
• FormSubmit — delivers contact and review form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete anything we have about you. We keep form submissions only as long as needed to reply and, for clients, for the length of the working relationship.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
